Trivandrum's solidarity to Anna Hazare's crusade against corruption

The fight against corruption led by Anna Hazare has won its first victory and it took thousands of people to come to the streets and show their solidarity to the great cause. Trivandrum, with just above a million population also joined the movement. People from all walks of life gathered in front of the secretariat and vowed their support to fight corruption. Eminent personalities like Sugatha Kumari, B.R.P.Bhaskar, Bhasurendra Babu, Architect Shankar, R.V.G.Menon and many others were present at the congregation. A sizable number of youth were also there to support the crusade against corruption.

  2. This is a good beginning but it is more important that it follows up to ensure effective action - only then can we really sit back and feel that we are spearheading a real war against the corrupt forces.
